                               RESOLUTION NO. 18754
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH THE
                   TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
                   RELATIVE TO LANDSCAPING ALONG MISSIONARY
                   RIDGE AT MCCALLIE TUNNEL AND AUTHORIZING
                   PAYMENT OF TWENTY FIVE PERCENT (25%) OF THE
                   TOTAL COST OF THE PROJECT.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized a
       contract with the  Tennessee Department of Transportation 
relative
       to landscaping along Missionary Ridge at McCallie Tunnel and
       authorizing payment of twenty five percent (25%) of the total 
cost
       of the project.
